Can I make a .pdf form fillable?

Make a new PDF document. Hit "Tools" ' "Advanced Editing" ' "Forms" to bring up the Forms toolbar.

Press the "Button" icon on the far left of the Forms toolbar to make clickable buttons to which different actions can be connected. Press the "Checkbox" icon to the right of the "Button" icon to make checkboxes that can also be activated or deactivated. Use the "List Box" icon in its place of the "Checkbox" icon if you wish to allow the customer to choose more than one box in a list of boxed options. Press the "Radio Button" icon to put a radio button, which can be activated but not deactivated, in your document.

Press the "Text Field" icon to the right of the "Radio Button" icon to make a text field in which the consumer can enter custom text, making your form really fillable.
