Thread: Can’t access music

I am using a computer system installed with windows 7 ultimate. From last 2-3 days i observed I am not able access my music through my music shortcut on the startup menu. When i click on it loads and just goes off right away. I read that Libraries isn’t where the real folder is saved but a shortcut. Also i tried using libraries it also not work. Help me to sort out this problem. Thanks in advanced.

Go to start, then run and in regedit browse
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders. Ensure that My Music is %USERPROFILE%\Music
