    Default Reinstalling A test report

I get this error "request error 17235". Running windows pro64 when I try to burn a DVD, I tried to clean the register. Then the appliance will not even boot up. New machine, have not yet hooked up to the net yet. Want to get most of the bugs out prior to allowing more in.

I think you are using firmware which is old one for your drive
renew the driver software from any of your friend
and if it will not work then just downlaod the AutoPatcher for the winxp64 report that will insolently solve your problem
One more fixation is that your system is running of 64 bit but DVD drive can only run on 16 or some of them are on 32 bit(not yet seen) that why this is charitable error

I have the latest firmware promote for the drive.Unfortunately, it didn't fix this one. Again than for the heads up...

Thanx again for the heads-up Quicky. It is not the drive. Interview Platinum 2 is not compatable with my setup. It will not run ...what also gave me a clue is when I e-mail Interview, I felt I got the brushoff. Running Intel core 2 due, asus p5b deluxe, lite-on shm-165h5s dvd drive and in service xp-pro64. Just the wrong mix for the software.
