This error may occur if you have Windows XP installed without clearing the ONS resolver cache. To do this, click on "Start" and click "Run". Type in "cmd" and click "OK". At the command prompt, type "ipconfig /flushdns", and then hit Enter. This problem may also occur due to security reasons. In that case, follow these steps:
o Click on the "Start" button and select "Settings".
Click on "Control Panel".
Click on "Network and Internet Connections".
o Click on "Set up or change your Internet connection".
Click on the "Content" tab.
Under the "Certificates" section, click on the "Clear SSL State" button. o You will receive a confirmation message. Click "OK".
o Click on the "Advanced" tab, and scroll down to the "Security" section. o Make sure that the "Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart!" check box does not have a tick mark and that "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" check boxes have a tick mark.
o Click "OK".
