You may not receive a confirmation code on your mobile device if you have selected "other" as your carrier option and entered your e-mail address instead of your mobile number. In this case, the confirmation code is sent to the e-mail address provided and not to the mobile device. If you have not entered an e-mail address instead of your phone number, try the following:
o Ensure that the mobile is not switched off and that your mobile is within range.
o Check if your mobile phone supports the text-messaging feature.
o Make sure you have agreed to the terms and conditions of MSN mobile.
