You may not be able to view a card if the card you have selected uses animation. This is because you need a Flash plug-in installed on your computer to view the animated cards. The problem can be resolved by installing the Flash plug-in free of cost from the Macromedia website. To install the Flash plug-in on your computer, do the following:

o Open the Adobe website in your browser.

o Click on the "Downloads" menu and then on "Get Flash Player".

o Click on the "Download Now" button. You will receive a message asking you to confirm if you want to install the Flash player.

o Click on the "Install" button. You will receive a message confirming that the installation is complete .
