Quite a few users come across this problem and it is probably attributed to a corrupt Nero installation. This results in the repeated opening of the file Nero, exe. Even when you close one instance of Nero.exe after the burning process, the others still remain active, which is why the data cannot be deleted. In other words, the Nero program and all its modules should be completely closed to release the data on the
hard disk.
It is possible to close all the active "Nero.exe" files manually in the Windows task manager [[Ctrll + [Alt] + [Dell}, A better way to go about this is to use the "General Clean Tool" from Nero. Search and download the file General-CleanTool.zip from. When the program starts, select your Nero version and also the "Clean All" option. Remove Nero from your PC with "Clean". After restarting your computer, reinstall the Nero burning suite. This gets rid of the problem forever.
