Alternating low and high frequency beeps like an ambulance siren is a sign that the CPU fan is faulty. The alarm is sent off by the motherboard when it senses that the rotation of the CPU fan has dipped below the threshold level. o To fix this type of an error, first remove the CPU heatsink as indicated in the quick setup guide which came with your processor.

o Brush off the dust settled on the blades of the CPU fans and the fins of the heatsink. Use a toothbrush if needed.

o Wipe off the old layer of heatsink compound from the processor and the base of the heatsink.
o Apply a thin layer of fresh heatsink compound on the processor and fit the heatsink back,
o Connect the CPU fan cable to the connector on the motherboard and your system will be back on track.
