Thread: Synchronize option does not work with the PC

This usually happens when you attempt to connect using an infrared [IR) connection from your PC and not the handheld. When using IR, the connection must be started from the Windows CE-based device, and not your computer.

If that precautionary measure doesn't fix the problem, use a serial connection to verify that the connection is enabled and functioning. Then change settings to use IR connection.
