I lately ran a virus program and I believe I messed up something up while I start up, everything starts usually but then the wallpaper seems and that's it. No start menu, no icons, nothing to click on. I can change the mouse around but there is nothing to click on.

Is there a way to solve this without having to reformat the full operating system?
