The stated problem can be temperature, ram, source, including motherboard ...
From when you reproduce the problem? has previously integrated or installed any software or hardware
Screen image represents the system? If asynchronous in that process proceeds to restart?
Performs general cleaning of the system and replace the microprocessor thermal paste, check that the cooler is working properly without any problems throughout the startup process
It can be also source, ie not have enough voltage to properly start your system, it proceeds to change this temporarily ...
It may also be of ram, clean the contacts of the same, alternating test module by module slot, test these with memtest but this time it is less likely ...
And motherboard, display that does not have a capacitor or capacitor damaged or broken ....

I have the mother and micro memo, from the cabinet, connected to a power 550w, I do it on and I made the same mistake.

Please I have done a few questions that you have not bothered to respond and so one can move forward ...
As you will understand we can not give any "chewing" you have to do your part ...
And it has done all these indications??

Sorry, the components are new, and tested with 3 different sources from 450 to 550 W

Fails to raise the bios, eh tested enough, remove the micro mother and cabinet memo, to put the source and I will contact the pins to turn. On but after 2 seconds off, at 4 seconds turns back on and turns off, on. Instead move the memos. All components are new.

If processor is in perfect condition with its integrated thermal paste, the cooler and running correctly. It is a problem on the motherboard of your system
