I have heard about a service from CyberDefender called Livetech, Its a company based out of Cali, with a 24/7 Remote access Tech support. For a anually Fee that will acess your PC and fixed any software problems, tho i am not sure how secure such a service is , i was wondering if anyone have used this service, for i can usually fix most things worng with my pc, but there is times i cant, and end up taking it to geeksquad, which is way over priced, and half the time they are wrong, if anyone has anyinfo on this product can someone please send any info you have
