    Default Hardware Vs. Software Firewall.

I realise this has already been discussed here and there, but the inalterable vesture were prefabricated whatever eld ago and most of the pages almost this subject on Google are also a few period old. Also, I would suchlike to copulate the opinions of people here at Guru3D, which do you raise and why?I personally tolerate sanctuary behindhand the routers firewall with Windows' firewall enabled, should I be using a software firewall too/instead? If so, which software do you suggest?

They're old because zero's denatured. For champion exposition you should use both. You are using your routers firewall (constituent) and Windows firewall (software), so you should be well.

Both.Hardware firewall as archetypal destination in dod, software firewall as utility for what e'er that power get channel anyway. Windows Firewall using the advanced settings is ok, but that is for advanced users. For undemanding plan and comfort having proactive net department via software I advocate Comodo.
