See megaupload has nothing to do with dropbox, although both offer cloud storage systems work differently, Dropbox is oriented to the user at that user 1 has its files in many places phone, laptop, desktop, that has nothing to do with megaupload that was aimed at the distribution of files to multiple users. It makes no sense to intervene to Dropbox for it, as they will not intervene to Apple, Amazon or Google for their storage in the cloud.
