A mouse is a small object, designed to fit neatly under your palm. Using the Mouse

Before you use a mouse, make sure that it is placed on a flat surface so that you can move it easily. To get a firm grip over the mouse, it is better to keep it on a rectangular pad. This would also ensure its smooth movement. The rectangular pad is called mouse-pad The left mouse-button is the primary button of the mouse. Its two most common actions are: Click (pressing the left mouse-button once) and Double¬click (pressing the left mouse-button two times). Single click is used to highlight or click on the icons or menu options while double-click is used to open programs or icons. The second mouse-button is the right button that is used to open shortcut menus.
