Thread: Please help me!

My laptop generally dumps when I inserted an USB or when I am online. I don't know what has happened to it and this has occurred several times and it also asks me to use the command *** stop 0x0000000a. Please help me.

According to the support.microsoft.com, that error is been the reason for a bad driver or a hardware failure in the computer. Have you installed the new drivers lately?
