    Why do you guarantee to Transcend <TS16GSDHC6-S5W> Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) Memory Card 16Gb Class6 + USB SDHC / MMC Reader 24 months, although the manufacturer states This limited warranty only applies to the original end user customer of the product for as long as the original end user customer owns the product.

    Because the manufacturer does not to create a mechanism for implementation of such safeguards and the statement is not applicable. They even do not have English website, not to mention the offices or service centers, there are only distributors.

    Solve this issue there, in the service center, as they saw live - in what condition it. Guarantee period is specified in your product check.
