The JF V60 though smaller than most flash drives features a whopping storage capacity and is primarily intended for people who want to carry loads of data. With good read speed and humongous storage room, it's sure to impress people who love to carry their movies and music around. One can run an entire operating system off it, and also install portable applications. Now that DVD players too come equipped with USB connectivity, movie buffs will like this tiny device. It stores around 30 DivX movies or over 5500 MP3 tracks. Although at this price, a portable hard drive offers almost seven times the storage space, it can't offer the miniscule size and portability.
As far as the design is concerned, the JF V60 isn't touted as the tough and elaborately fancy flash drive. Its pearl- white glossy body is of good-quality plastic and has a maroon label on one side that carries the brand name and model number. It's nothing much to look at but it's the compactness and storage space that sets this flash drive apart.
As per delivery, we think it isn't much of a concern because it's unlikely that you'll refresh a collection of more than 30 DivX movies very frequently. Although the multiple-file write speed is slow, the overall read speed and the single-file write speed is very good. This means that copying an HD movie (let's say 5 GB) won't take much time. Of course, if you plan on dumping your entire 'My Documents' folder on the drive, then grab a cup of coffee and wait for the process to finish. Otherwise, large files won't make you brood over the performance factor.
