Thread: Pen drive work slow in windows OS 7

My brother has a Toshiba laptop with Windows OS 7 purchased by 3 months. It worked great until yesterday.

Last night, all of a sudden, the two USB ports does not recognize the pen-drive and the only one that works is very, very slow. Only to open it from My Computer it takes minutes, if not then if I copy a file.

The strange thing though is that the door that did not recognize my pen-drive, just before the Internet was part of the 3 key that worked without problems.

NB In the past I have spent some files from the same pen drive and I did not have these problems.

What can I do?

True, but I did not think could be a virus problem, as a peripheral issue. But actually it can also be a virus problem and groped this way does not hurt (if it comes to viruses, so it locates, and if it is not virus, this is the only way to endorse this view.)!
