Default "No fault data is present" fault content while installing Adobe Flash Player 10.2 Upd

Hello guys I have used "Adobe Flash Player" for some time now. I have a desktop computer that is running a 64-bit version of Windows 7 ultimate on my system. Recently, I received a message about the new updates to the Flash Player installed on your system. If you want to download and then try to install the latest update to Flash 10. But while I try to install an update here, I get the error message "incorrect information", which does not allow me to install the update. I am confused what to do now. Help.

Windows 7 is your operating system, this error occurs randomly. You can use the files that have been used by another process, updating, so that you receive the error message is displayed. So in this case, I suggest that you only turn off the system and start again at a time. When the computer restarts, try to install the latest update for Adobe Flash player installed on your system. Now you can start the installation.

Adobe Flash Player using Internet Explorer, games and other Web browsers. We recommend that you ensure that all instances of this application, because Adobe Flash Player does not get updated until you close these programs. If you disable all the programs that may be able to use Flash player update will be completed without errors. We are glad to help.

This problem may also occur when you install the program, the standard user and an administrator profile did not. If so, we recommend that you use to access the administrator account, and then, when you try to install an update to Adobe Flash Player installed on your system. Otherwise, the updates to be installed with administrator rights to continue to be recorded in the accounts.
