Default Organize port for Gaming by yourself

I installed multiplayer games in office. Now when I run game or tries to scan for server firewall blocks them. I do not want to stop firewall as that will obstruct safety. But if there is no way then I should do that. This happens not in LAN but online gaming servers also. Please show me proper method if port is open.

Simple method is turn off firewall and UAC of Vista. As because of security reason firewall in Windows does not permit any unidentified. This is term as a safety break. So it blocks application. In some cases it shows message. Or else you can include exemption for program. If anyone opens firewall and below exception tab add your game. Then you can play that on network.
