Thread: Not able to hook up to Xbox Live

I want to organize my Xbox 360 to utilize Xbox Live by wireless router. I entered IP on Xbox 360 but cant connect to Xbox live. So please help me to connect to Xbox live. Any help will be appreciated.

In direct connection by modem attached straight to creating broadband, DNS address settings are got from ISP. The parameters of network interface should be defined on Automatic. Reset modem by turning it off and then back, then attempt again to attach. Set DNS addresses in interface by yourself otherwise for addresses, contact ISP.

IP address of router used for DNS settings. Usually, it is IP address used for administration of router. Check with router manual to find address. If you unable attach to network when you do not go through router, you must organize it to permit network communication on particular ports needed by Xbox Live.
