Thread: Xbox 360 unable to show portable device

I have live account but it asks me to make storage device. I am using 4 GB USB storage devices but Xbox 360 is unable to show portable device. So please help me to solve this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

First check that portable device is friendly with Xbox 360. Devices given below are friendly with Xbox 360:

• Xbox 360 Accessories

• Digital cameras

• Portable music players

• Mass storage peripherals

Xbox 360 console or other device has exceptional discovery that is why Xbox 360 memory stick or hard disk of 60 or 120 GB. You can’t use memory as Microsoft has drives for Xbox console and memory for saved games. This will solve your problem.
