Thread: Xbox 360 Session Terminated

My Media Centre works well with Xbox 360. It permits me to play videos and even use Transcode 360. Though after stop the video or it ends I get session terminated error stating "Another user or application on the Windows Media Centre-based PC has disconnected this device." So please me to solve this problem.

Do following things to solve your problem:
- Update PC's Ethernet card drivers to new version available from website
- Replace Ethernet card to 100 mbps full duplex if it's set to Auto Detect or vice versa:
1) Right click My Computer, choose Manage, click Device Manager
2) Enlarge Network adapters; open network card
3) Choose Advanced tab
4) Choose Link Speed & Duplex; Try altering it to 100Mbps/Full Duplex
