I play smackdown vs. raw 2009 PS2 iso. But when I start it through pcsx2 DVD player is not set up' message comes. I have all the bios and also have gsdx. If you are having any suggestions then reply me. It can helpful to me.

Use daemon tools and mount the image to a virtual drive & play.

You require mounting the image as Brownchris said using daemon tools
