Thread: Xbox controller discon

I have Xbox device. When I'm playing Call of Duty, in the menu, i can click any button i want and the controller doesn’t turn off but when i start playing matches, i click RT and it turns off each time. Is there anything i can do to fix it or should i just buy another controller? Please help me to get rid of this matter as soon as possible.

It is happen only when you play COD? Do you have another controller to see if the problem occurs when you use that one too? It’s more likely to be a controller problem than an Xbox problem. It is very cheaper to change the remote if that is what's causing the issue. If not you have the special safe torx screwdriver you’re going to have to drill screws out and after you've got it open there's no grantee that you'll be capable to figure out what is causing the issue.
