Thread: CoD4 doesn’t starts

I'm running Win7 X64. All updates are installed, newest ATI drivers.

• Specs: Intel Q9400
• HD 5770
• 2 GB DDR3 1600
• Toshiba P5E3 Pro

Each time I try to play the multiplayer of CoD4, game doesn’t starts. It starts, goes whole monitor, no sound, no video, and then it crashes. Just says iw3mp has stopped react and crashes. No hint why. I've tried manually updating PB, unlucky. I've as well tried vista compatibility mode, there even unlucky. Suggestions it worked well with XP 32 bit.

Garbage programming here’s the solution that might help you out:

• Go to Start then Control Panel
• double hit on the Sound Tool
• Press on the Recording tab
• Right hit and choose "View Disabled Devices"
• Enable the Stereo Mix.
