Default Buy q6600 or Q9550 for gaming

Hi all, I have offered a Q9550 and Q6600 are over 75, being exclusively for playing games like witcher 2, diablo III,starcraft 2, call or duty MWF 3, the air and would overclock never end (fsb to 400 or so I have a P5K-VM motherboard with G33, do you see those euros more profitable in the CPU more than anything is to do not bottleneck a graphics upgrade to a 560ti type or something.

It depends on your economic apreturas,if you leave him at more cost yes it would be worth the change, whatit costs the X6 1055T and stretching to include RAM on board andchange because you have already updated. No you wont because thatoption intel processor is much more expensive unless you settle forthe i3 2105, in which case you would leave the numbers more or lessthe same.

I would migrate its platform to AMD, that 9550 performs very well, but pricey see too much investment, and given that you now have a 8400 to 3.6 Ghz, it says that as Elke Book, selling what you have for that money you would have a brand new six core.

I think where you fall short one, isgoing to be short the other, like the 9550 gives you the sameconditions around 500 MHz more, whether it is worthwhile or notdepends upon the attachment you have to. In conclusion: If for me andI had the pasta, of course would go for the 9550, however little thedifference with the Q6600, better than on also the 9550 is probablycooler.

I agree with other opinions, your E8400 Dual despite being a very good yield, a good price Quad would be ideal, but not being the case would maintain your current platform or jump to the X6 with the possibility of selling some components that have.

The problem is that the G33 not worthmuch, because little is going to be able to get the Q9550, in factalmost 333 FSB Q9550 needed to be considered stock and OC.
