I can't connect to my Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

1. If your modem is configured correctly and you can dial out. then mostly likely the problem is between the modem and your ISP

2. Call your ISP's technical support and see if they can help. you with the problem. To connect to an ISP, you'll have to manually setup the TCP/IP protocol and the correct ISP DNS IP addresses in the Dial Up Networking section.

3. If you are not familiar with those terms and settings, your 10caiiSP support rep should be able to work you through each of the necessary settings.
