Hi

I have checked my friend e-mail (2 yahoo account) in my computer several times. When he checked his e-mail on his computer the white bow open and stays white. He wants to check his e-mail he check on my computer. My friend computer is an older desktop (browser IE) that uses dial up. What kind of problem is this.

Any help would be appreciated?
