Another way to fine tune your internet, click on right click and create a short cut to internet. If you dint see the right click go on taskbar, click on toolbar and quick launch, and see his properties and see under shortcut tab and then look for the target field.

I have try this method to fine tune but it says “invalid path” so its not happening. What kind of problem is this does any body knows? So please tell me.
