Thread: when clicking a "contact us" Blank blue screen comes up

Hi

When I used a website and click on the “contact us” button for further information, it comes a link with a hidden email address. I get blank pop up screen. Then I click on the right click on the blank button on the bottom then close it goes away.

Then I have to do right click the “contact us” box site in and copy and puts and email addresses on the clip board.

Is there any way to go back to the way I used to be? So please give me some steps to perform it.

First thing verify your Java version and updated if it is necessary, and uninstall all previous version by Add or Remove option.
