Default Internet Explorer - "Account Has Exceeded CPU Quota"

    Hi

In the night when I was doing work on my computer, I tried to open my internet Explorer. The error message comes that your account has exceeded its CPU Quota and the word suspender on the screen, or it says your account has consumed too much memory.

What kind of problem is this? Does anybody can tell me? Please help me.

One think can resolve this problem, Do Control-Alt-Delete using windows task manager, and then you will find that software is running in the background. You can able to dele this software. Then just see it works or not.
