I thought that I will pass something to you’ll. Now I am using Firefox but my wife friend still uses IE7. IE went bye and would not load so I cannot get to the toolbar. Then I uninstalling and reinstalling it several times but no result. Then I about a give up, my friend told me that go to tools/ internet/ option/ advance/ RESET, but no result. Then I went in the control panel and click internet option and then was able to; reset IE; problem solved.
