Thread: Can't get into Hotmail

The past two days I am trying to log into my Hotmail account. I get the sign in screen (just a red cross appears in the box) and says that internet explorer cannot open the web page. So what should I do in this situation? Please help me

Try this go to firefox from your start menu, from there you will get a two option.
1. Mozilla firefox
2. Mozilla firefox (safe mode)

Choose second step to check your e mail.
