I have window 2000 ISP Comcast and two other computer work on the same connection Dell Latitude LS, modem is a d-link card, have change the cable, and have installed the new router. Trouble shooting says that hardware is functioning normally. When I opened my IE all its get page cannot be displayed.

What I have to do in this situation? Please give me some points to fix it out.
