Thread: Can't Open My Internet Explorer

Hi

I have windows XP and I can’t see any of my icons or open IE. I tried Ctrl-del and tried to open it that way, but it still didn’t work.

So what I have to do to sort out this method, please give me some steps to perform it.

Start a processor called explorer.exe and see does it works or not.
