Hi

In my office I got an XPS Dell laptop. It was working great. On that day I have installed firefox and AIM because I need them in my work. On the next day everything was working fine. Then I install maple story and ran it out without any problem. In the evening when I start doing work on the internet my firefox start working slower and after typing in Google, it “waiting for Google.com” and it never loads.

I don’t know what happen to Laptop, what kind of problem is this, so please tell me.
