Thread: internet connection dropping down

My internet connection automatically dropping. Before that I am using IE old version. But when I start to use new version the internet connection drop down now its giving just 10 to 11 kb download speed.

Is this is the problem of internet browser or the net connection giving problem?

Maybe your DNS service get messed up some how.

Try this… Go to the Run and type “cmd”.



The one box appears…

Step 1] Type 'ping 4.2.2.2'
Did you get reply then your connect is good if not then go to the step two

Step 2] Type 'ping 192.168.1.1'

Still problem…

Step 3] Type 'ping 127.0.0.1' and check you network card.

If you get any reply from and step type “ipconfig” and compare all the address with your anther laptop or computer is all the address is same or not if any date miss change the setting.
