When I try to log into a site, after entering my name password, I keep told that Cookies are not enabled on your browser. Please adjust this in your security preferences before continuing.
What does this means? Please help me?

I think you should try with the firefox, Go to start > All program > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox in ( safe mode).
