I just wanted to know that how I should change my IP address. Because there is a sport related website I use to brows and post in it. But evidently one of the moderator has his eyes out of me and anytime I should post my account should delete, now I can’t register as my IP has been blocked.

Please show me some steps to fix out this problem?
