Try to launch internet explorer my laptop does nothing, also when I click on start and go to programs all but a few of the things listed show the same icon and I cannot open anything. I cannot start in safe mode, it won’t start with last configuration that worked, and it can’t access system restore.

What type of problem has been arising? Please can anyone help?
