The 'ping' command can help test the accessibility of servers and diagnose packet loss if any. Unfortunately you need to open a Command Prompt to run the command.

You can even run a ping test directly from a website-this saves the effort of going through the Command Prompt. What's more, you can copy the desired command to start it directly.
