Usability of Internet can be enhanced many folds if only it understands the language we speak. Ubiquity is a plug-in for Firefox to do just that. Once installed restart your Firefox browser and press 'Ctrl + Space' for Windows or 'option + Space' for Mac. Ubiquity enhances user experience by combining data from more than one data
source and integrating it into a single application. It makes this data available through simple commands. For eg, to know the definition of a word on a web page. select it. press 'Ctrl + Space' and type 'def' in Ubiquity window. You'll get results instantly. Similarly. if you wan t to wiki any word. just select it and type 'wiki'. The power of Ubiquity can be further enhanced by writing or subscribing to new commands.
