Microsoft Outlook has a notes function and a task list feature too. After you create tasks and notes, you can forward them to someone else via e-mail. The forwarding feature is also useful when you have all your tasks and notes on your office desktop computer, and want to access these on your home computer. Both computers must have Outlook installed. To forward notes:

* From the Outlook menu, select "Go I Notes".
* The list of existing notes is shown,
* Click on a note to select it.
* From the menu, select "Actions I Forward".
* Type an e-mail address in the "To:" field or select one from the address book,
* Click on the "Send" button. To forward tasks:
* From the Outlook menu, select "Go I Tasks".
* The list of existing tasks is shown.
* Click on a task to select it.
* Repeat steps 4 to 6 as described above.
