The default calendar view in Outlook shows time slots and appointments for the current day. But you may want to see all your appointments at a glance for the current week. The Work Week view is meant for this. You can also specify the days of the week on which you work; some people choose to work on weekends, while some may have a holiday in the middle of the week. Here's how to specify your week days. o From the Outlook menu, select "Go I Calendar".
* Select "Tools I Options".
* Click on "Calendar Options".
* Under "Calendar work week", tick the days on which you work.
* Select the first day of the week and the start time and end time of your work day.
* Click on the "OK" buttons.
* Click on the ''Work Week" button that appears below the menu bar.
You can now click on the time slots for any day in your work week and set appointments.
* Click on the "Day" button to return to the current day view in the calendar.
