In this modern age, it is not uncommon to have teams of people dispersed across the globe. working together over the Internet. If you use the Outlook calendar and task management features, then you may want to keep a track of another time zone. Here's how to do this in Outlook Calendar.
* In Outlook, select "Go I Calendar".
* Click "Tools I Options".
* Under "Calendar", click on "Calendar Options".
* At the bottom of the dialog box, click on the "Time Zone" button.
* Select "Show an additional time zone".
* In the "Time zone" box, click on the drop-down arrow and select another time zone.
* Click all the "OK" buttons in the successive dialog boxes.
The other time zone will be displayed as a vertical strip against your time zone in the calendar.
