You check more than a half dozen e-maiL accounts reguLarly. Opening them one at a time can be quite annoying and time-consuming. FortunateLy, most mail programs accommodate severaL accounts handily. To add an account in Outlook:

* Go to "TooLs I E-maiL Accounts".

* SeLect "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next",

* Choose the type of incoming-maiL server [POP3 is the most common type) and click on "Next".
* In the foLLowing diaLog box, enter the account name and password under the "User Information" and "Logon Information" fieLds.

* Enter the incoming and outgoing server addresses under the "Server Information" fieLd,

* Click "Next" and then click on "Finish",
