If you have muLtipLe emaiL accounts and current outgoing SMTP server does not work in a particular environment, such as from your office network, repLace it with another one. To do so:
* Go to "TooLs I E-mail Accounts".
* Check the option "View or change existing e-maiL accounts ... cLick on the "Next" button.
* In the foLLowing diaLog box, seLect an account, click on the "Change" button. o Enter the new server name in the "Outgoing maiL server (SMTP)" fieLd.
* If the server requires a password, click on "More Settings", and choose the "Outgoing Server" tab.
* Check the option "My
outgoing server [SMTP] requires authentication", and under the "Log on using" fieLd, enter your username and password,
* CLick on "OK", "Next", and "Finish".
