To configure Outlook to access your existing HotmaiL, make sure you have an MSN Hotmail PLus subscription for the Hotmail account you want to access offline.

* Go to "TooLs I E-maiL Accounts".

* Check the option "Add a new e-mail account" and click on "Next",

* Choose HTTP as the server type and click "Next" again.

* Enter your account detaiLs in the

* E-maiL Accounts" diaLog box, type your full name under "Your Name" and your Hotmail address under "E-maiL Address",

* If Outlook has not entered it for you automatically, type your HotmaiL e-maiL address, username, and password,
* Select "HotmaiL" in the HTTP Mail Service Provider box.

* CLick "Next I Finish".
